Often we come across variety of choices in life that we are absolutely unsure of what road to take that would
eventually lead to that one life we all crave for. As is correctly said “Over-choice leads to stalemate”.
It seems that the only option we should choose should be the one that resonates with the rhythm of our heart.
Nevertheless, there are situations when we have to resort to radical thinking in making our choices owing to the
frenetic atmosphere we live in which guides our principles and perhaps even influences them to follow one particular
direction.
I mention about such similar anecdote with a bittersweet feeling while I was reading a book related to life motivation
in my college library. I already had a deep rooted inclination towards engineering and wanted to understand things
through the thick and thin which I never could fulfill in my college. Quite serendipitously I stumbled upon an
advertisement that provides “GATE Coaching in Chandigarh” which I was already earnestly looking for. I very
proudly mention about “Compete India Zone” which brought about a sudden revolution in my debilitated life.
The very platform is a relief to the hangover caused by the “Over-choicing” effect as described above. Not alone
GATE, it caters to all the engineering fields and exams with primary focus on “Understanding” rather than “Rote-
learning” which we, let’s face it, very often wittingly or unwittingly do in our college while loathing the teaching
environment.
I close it by recounting that no matter how often we find ourselves withered of the choices that we face, but if we
listen to our heart and keep our mind open to opportunities around, we certainly can make a difference in our life.
